The 7th PCI Energy Days brings together national administrations, regulators, grid operators, project developers, industry, civil society and financiers to discuss the development of European energy infrastructure. The programme focuses on Projects of Common Interest and Projects of Mutual Interest, highlighting how cross-border infrastructure and investment can support the EU’s 2030 climate and energy targets. Sessions and networking opportunities address practical challenges in building and modernising energy networks.

ISWA Beacon Conference: Waste to Energy in the Global Circular Economy

The ISWA Beacon Conference examines the role of energy recovery from residual waste in future waste-management systems. Swedish and international experts will discuss circular economy principles, climate impacts, carbon capture, energy recovery, emissions, resilience and emerging waste-treatment technologies. The conference aims to encourage international knowledge exchange on how waste management and energy systems can evolve to meet environmental and resource-efficiency objectives.

Symbiosis in Action: Scaling Bio-based Business Models Across Europe

This final conference of the European SYMBIO and SYMBA projects explores how industrial symbiosis can help scale sustainable bio-based business models. Policymakers, researchers and industry representatives will discuss ways to improve resource efficiency, connect industrial value chains and increase the adoption of circular bio-based solutions. The programme will also examine policy recommendations, cross-project collaboration and methods for replicating successful approaches across European regions.

EDANA Sustainability & Policy Forum 2026

The EDANA Sustainability & Policy Forum examines how the nonwovens industry can accelerate circularity and respond to changing sustainability regulations. Under the theme Nonwovens for a Circular Future, the event brings together manufacturers, innovators, policymakers, researchers, NGOs and other value-chain stakeholders. Discussions address circular materials, the bioeconomy, material innovation and regulatory developments, with an emphasis on turning sustainability challenges into practical business and policy solutions.

2026 ISWA World Congress

The ISWA World Congress brings together the international waste and resource-management community to explore solutions for reducing waste, improving resource recovery and advancing the circular economy. The programme addresses waste-management policy, biowaste treatment, waste-to-energy, the economics of resource management and the role of effective waste systems in protecting public health and the environment. It offers opportunities for international knowledge exchange and collaboration between industry, government and research professionals.

Wingspan Conference 2026

Wingspan 2026 explores how renewable energy infrastructure can be developed while protecting biodiversity and ecosystems. The conference brings together conservationists, scientists, electricity-grid operators, renewable-energy developers and policymakers to exchange practical solutions for nature-positive energy infrastructure. Topics include protecting birds and other wildlife around electricity grids and wind farms, biodiversity mitigation technologies and collaboration between energy and conservation stakeholders. A field excursion showcases practical nature-protection measures.

Sustainable Commodities and Landscapes Forum 2026

The Sustainable Commodities and Landscapes Forum brings together more than 200 senior supply-chain and sustainability professionals to address climate resilience, nature and biodiversity risks, security of supply and changing sustainability regulations. Discussions examine how businesses can adapt sourcing strategies, protect landscapes and strengthen the resilience of global commodity supply chains, including cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soy and timber.

20th SET Plan Conference

The 20th Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET Plan) Conference brings together European and national policymakers, investors, industry representatives and researchers to discuss how clean energy technologies can strengthen Europe’s competitiveness while advancing climate neutrality. The programme covers industrial decarbonisation, offshore energy, clean energy manufacturing, sustainable heating and cooling, non-fossil flexibility, and innovation in energy systems

CLIMA Conference 2026
