Wingspan Conference 2026
Wingspan 2026 explores how renewable energy infrastructure can be developed while protecting biodiversity and ecosystems. The international conference brings together conservationists, scientists, electricity-grid operators, renewable energy developers and policymakers to exchange practical solutions for nature-positive energy infrastructure. Topics include protecting birds and other wildlife around electricity grids and wind farms, biodiversity mitigation technologies, and collaboration between energy and conservation stakeholders. The programme features panel discussions, scientific presentations, a poster session, networking opportunities and a vendor fair showcasing innovative solutions. A field excursion highlights practical nature-protection measures.
Conference sessions: 3–4 November 2026
