The Steward Ownership Festival Amsterdam (SOFA) brings together entrepreneurs, investors, advisors, policymakers, academics and other changemakers to explore steward ownership as an alternative to traditional business ownership.

The festival focuses on how companies can protect their mission over the long term through two core principles: self-governance, where control remains with stewards connected to the company's mission, and profit serves purpose, where profits support the company's mission and development rather than being an end in themselves.
