Corporate Rebels Summit 2026

The Corporate Rebels Summit 2026 is an international gathering of leaders and organisations exploring alternatives to traditional workplace structures and management practices. It focuses on self-management, decentralised decision-making, employee autonomy, organisational design, leadership, workplace culture and new approaches to business organisation.
The summit brings together approximately 350 leaders from organisations across more than 30 countries. Its programme combines keynote presentations, peer-learning sessions, practical workshops and networking.
The summit’s published schedule includes registration from 08:30 on both days, with an evening dinner on 19 November and drinks and an optional after-party on 20 November.
