Amsterdam Climate Week 2027
Amsterdam Climate Week is a city-wide climate initiative bringing together innovation, capital, policy and community to accelerate climate action across Amsterdam and beyond. Developed in partnership with the City of Amsterdam and a network of public, private, nonprofit and academic organizations, the programme features events hosted across the city, including conferences, startup showcases, community gatherings, tours and cultural activities. It aims to connect climate stakeholders, foster cross-sector collaboration and encourage measurable climate action.
Its 12 thematic tracks cover: clean energy, climate finance, mobility, green careers, sustainable AI, sustainable business, food and agriculture, culture and arts, climate justice and human rights, water stewardship, circularity and textiles, and land use and green spaces.
Organizations and individuals can participate by hosting events, providing venues, leading thematic tracks, volunteering or sponsoring.
The Amsterdam Climate Week 2027 Public Kickoff will take place on Thursday, 5 November 2026, from 17:00 to 20:00 at CRCL Park in Amsterdam, as part of Nationale Klimaatweek. Organized in partnership with Nationale Klimaatweek, with support from the City of Amsterdam and founding partners, the free public event will bring together founders, activists, policymakers, companies and other city stakeholders. The programme includes keynote speakers Kirstin Dunlop, CEO of Climate KIC, and a senior representative from the City of Amsterdam, as well as the unveiling of the 12 thematic tracks. Attendees can network and learn how to get involved in the initiative.
