SUMMARY:Steward-ownership workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Steward-ownership workshop introduces business owners and entrepreneurs to steward-ownership as an alternative ownership model designed to protect a company’s mission and long-term purpose. Participants explore examples of steward-owned businesses\, examine how decision-making authority and economic ownership can be structured\, and consider which models may suit their own organisations. The workshop also covers the practical and legal implementation of steward-ownership\, including employee and investor participation and the transition of existing businesses to this ownership model.
