DESCRIPTION:The 7th PCI Energy Days brings together representatives from EU national administrations\, regulators\, grid operators\, project developers\, industry\, civil society and the financing community to explore how Europe can accelerate the development and modernisation of its energy infrastructure. \nOrganised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy\, the event focuses on the practical implementation of Projects of Common Interest (PCIs) and Projects of Mutual Interest (PMIs). Discussions address infrastructure challenges and solutions needed to support the EU’s 2030 climate and energy targets. SUMMARY:European CO₂ Shipping Summit 2027
DESCRIPTION:The European CO₂ Shipping Summit 2027 focuses on the development of a cross-border European CO₂ transport network\, particularly the role of shipping in connecting carbon capture projects with ports\, terminals and permanent storage facilities. The summit addresses the commercial\, regulatory\, financial and technical requirements for scaling CO₂ shipping infrastructure\, including vessel design\, transport standards\, port infrastructure\, project financing and integration across the carbon capture and storage (CCS) value chain. \n\nVenue TBA\, will be confirmed approximately four to six weeks before the event according to ACI.
