Steward-ownership workshop

The Steward-ownership workshop introduces entrepreneurs and business owners to steward-ownership as an alternative business ownership model designed to protect a company’s mission and long-term purpose. Participants explore examples of steward-owned businesses, examine how decision-making authority and economic ownership can be structured, and consider which models may suit their own organisations. The workshop also addresses practical and legal implementation, including employee and investor participation and the transition of existing businesses to steward-ownership.
